We offer free express shipping across India, typically takes 2-5 business days.

CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORDER?

If you want to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at whatsapp at +919559288832 or call at +919513169662 to request an address replacement immediately. Once your order has shipped, you can't change the address.

 

DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?

We allow exchanges with free shipping upto 10 days of delivery. For any exchanges please contact our customer support team at whatsapp at +919559288832 or call at +919513169662 to request an exchange. There is a processing fee to initiate exchange. For any exchanges it is the customer's responsibility to return the original products in undamaged and unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are final sale.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?

All cancellation requests are reviewed by our team on a case by case basis. If your cancellation is accepted, you may receive upto 100% refund of your original payment method or store credit. 

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 7 day of delivery. We ask that you reach out to our support team through whatsapp at +919559288832 or call at +919513169662 to get your returns processed. Once a return is approved, we  will schedule a free pickup and provide prepaid return shipping label to ship back the items to us. Completely hasslefree :) Returns are accepted if products don't match as shown onsite.



I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return and confirm that it complies with our return policy (Items should be in unused condition and original packaging), your refund wallet credit will be issued within 1-3 days of receipt.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE?

If in case you find any items are damaged or defective or missing, please reach out to our customer support team via whatsapp at +919559288832 or call at +919513169662 within 48 hrs and they will ship a replacement item to the customer. For any damage/missing claims, clear unboxing video of the original sealed package is required.


HOW CAN I APPLY DISCOUNT OFFERS AND CASHBACKS?

Discount offers can be applied at cart level and checkout level. Cashbacks earned at checkout level can be combined with discounts in future purchases. Any rewards earned via other offline channels should be used in isolation and cannot be combined with online discounts.
