CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORDER?
If you want to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact your support rep or whatsapp +917905549693 to request an address replacement immediately. Once your order has shipped, you can't change the address.
DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?
We allow free exchanges on all reseller items upto 10 days of delivery. For any exchanges please contact your support rep or customer support team at whatsapp +917905549693.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?
We accept order candellations before dispatch. In case of any cancellations please contact your support rep immediately. If your cancellation is accepted, you will refund back to your original payment method.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept free 7 day returns on all reseller items upto 7000 rs in value. We ask that you reach out to our support rep to get your returns processed. In case of returns we schedule a free pickup and provide prepaid return shipping label to ship back the items to us. Completely hasslefree :)
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR BANGLE SIZING ISSUES?
For any bangle orders, please note: sizes mentioned onsite are inner diameter size and might vary slightly depending on design and thickness of bangle.
I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we'll credit the refund amount to your original payment method within 1-3 days of receipt.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE?
If in case you find any items are damaged or defective, please reach out to your support rep and they will ship a replacement item to the customer.
